Formatting word documents takes eternity until you learn it !

How to remove my name from Author ?

By clicking file, then on Info 

Inspect Document > Inspect Document, uncheck Comments, Revisions and Versions 

Then Inspect and Remove Document Propoerties and Personal Information

Note : If it is track changes mode then the changes by different Author will become one and just show tracj changes rather than changes by different authors.
