Whereas majorily the in Investment Banking as per my experince I have worked on Solar and Wind and few times on Green Hydrogen where I learned a lot on the production and installation of various equipments of these energy. It takes a lot of effort and time to learn about these and them apply finance on the same if you have nothing in your brain as existing knowledge.
Secondly you should know about the Project Finance:
Understanding Project Finance is very important, it's start from the Project Cost it's bifurcation into Debt & Equity.
The work start from there, are we going to arrange Debt or Equity for the Cleint.
If Debt :
Then we need to understand the projects technicals and research on the Lenders who have the capacity and intent to lend money to them. Whereas we have shortlist on the basis on our firm networking and ease of applying to such lenders.
If Equity :
Then we need to understand the market in which the project is ongoing and what are the current investment in the industry based on the research Investors are shortlisted and ease of process comes after talking to such investors in which networking plays a great role.
Tip : It will be always the first time you talk to someone and make a networking so never delay beacuse you don't have networking.
